Access and key requests for individual student employees must be submitted on an Key Request Form and approved by the associate campus director. All student and student employee key requests are granted for up to one semester and are due back on May 15th or December 15th, or upon completion of employment. A request for an extension from the current due date will be accepted starting on May 1st and December 1st of each year.
Faculty and Staff
Access and key requests for individual faculty and staff must be submitted on an Key Request Form and approved by the associate campus director. All key and access requests require adequate justification.
Requests for replacement keys, require the approval of the director. The key holder is responsible for any fines associated with keys checked out to them. Fines are not to be paid by the department or with university funds.
You may obtain keys to your office from a member of the Operations Team in room 1.02A (across from the Welcome Center) Monday through Thursday between 10AM and 3PM, or by appointment by emailing email@example.com
