Policies

The University of Connecticut has an expectation that all residents and guests residing in UConn Stamford summer housing will behave in a manner consistent with all University, Housing, and Residential Life policies.

Summer Interns who engage in behavior that violates these policies will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, which may include immediate termination of their Summer Housing License without refund.

Information about the UConn disciplinary process, including University, Housing, and Residential Life policies, will be distributed at check-in. Arriving

Check-In Policy

Check-in begins at 10:00 AM on the Sunday of the week that your reservation begins. Earlier check-in times are not available.

 

Check-in:

To check-in, go directly to 900 Washington Blvd.

• ID: Please bring valid photo identification.

• Keys: You will receive your room keys and  information packet upon check-in.

 

Departing

Check-Out Policy

All Residents are required to check-out by 2pm on their scheduled check-out date. Any resident who does not check-out by 2pm on their scheduled check-out day will be charged for an additional week of housing.

Please be sure to:

• Remove all personal belongings /garbage from room

• Return all keys to the front desk

  • Any unreturned keys will result in a key or lock-change charge.
