Requests for replacement keys, require the approval of the director. The key holder is responsible for any fines associated with keys checked out to them. Fines are not to be paid by the department or with university funds.
All student and student employee key requests are granted for up to one semester and are due back on May 15th or December 15th, or upon completion of employment. A request for an extension from the current due date will be accepted starting on May 1st and December 1st of each year.
Access and key requests for individual faculty, staff, and students must be submitted on an Access/Key Request Form and approved by the associate campus director. All key and access requests require adequate justification.
