The HuskyGo shuttle bus will not operate during summer months. For commuters taking the train to campus, we have several alternatives:
1. Stamford Harbor Point Trolley
The Harbor Point Trolley is a great free alternative for getting to campus during the summer! It stops at the campus and at the train station. Timing is tricky, but they have a Live Shuttle Tracker so you can see where it the trolley is at any given time.
2. CT Transportation Bus
The #313 West Broad Street bus has stops at both the Stamford train station and the Stamford Campus. The bus is free to use for all UPass holders.
3. Walk to Campus
Take advantage of the summer months and walk to campus. Campus a 12-minute leisurely walk from the Stamford Transportation Center. Take Washington Blvd. and walk directly North to the campus on Broad Street. The route is well lit and safe for pedestrians.
4. Uber or Lyft
On days where it’s not ideal to walk, there’s Uber or Lyft. The GPS address for UConn Stamford is 1 University Place, Stamford, CT 06901. Plan to spend about $7 each way.
